The modified versions of NIH forms
allows you to enter data directly in the fields. You need
at a minimum, Acrobat Reader available free from Adobe, http://www.adobe.com/supportservice/custsupport/download.html.
Note: you still need Acrobat Reader if only to print the form. It
is best to use the current version to avoid any compatibility issues.

out a form. The modifications made were the form input boxes (using
Adobe Acrobat 4.0); some having calculation or automatic entry capabilities.
